With over 25 years of experience, Natalia built her career in advertising working at international agencies such as Ogilvy, Mccann-Erickson, Strawberry Frog, 180, Wieden & Kennedy, INDG (3D innovation), Visual Latina (shopper marketing) and TBWA where she spent 9 years.
In 2019, she was invited to judge “El Ojo de Iberoamérica” as the first-ever female Jury President in the sports category. She led a team of 15 talented creative and business minds to select the most outstanding entries in the category, representing the best work from the region.
She was invited to return in 2020 delivering a speech on “THE KIND, KIND,” advocating for kind leadership in today’s climate, a topic Natalia is passionate about, and one she champions and advocates for every day.
As a leader, Natalia has successfully developed and led teams by creating a safe and healthy work environment where talent can thrive.
She believes that a supportive and honest workplace allows team members to take risks and make mistakes without fear. This approach has resulted in award-winning work and has empowered her teams to be brave and deliver excellence.
In 2021, after significantly growing the adidas business for TBWA, while creating award-winning work, Natalia decided to take on a new challenge and became the head of brand marketing for the fastest-growing fintech brand in Europe. In 2023, after gaining experience at a client-side technology start-up, she decided to take another brave leap. She became the Managing Director at GUT Amsterdam, an office she helped build from the ground up, significantly growing its European profile and guiding it to 20% growth in its second year.
Throughout her career, Natalia has won countless awards including multiple Golds and Silvers at Clio Sports and ADCN, a Silver at Cannes Lions, along with multiple shortlists.
